What is your return policy?

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. For a full refund or exchanges, items must be returned within 1 month. Proof of purchase must be provided. Any returns beyond this time will not be authorised.


Goods must be returned to us in the original condition, unworn, with the original labels attached The goods must be unwashed, unscented and in the same condition as the original product. 


We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy and we hold the right to make changes to these terms at any time. 


Refunds may take several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for further information. 


Please note we are unable to accept returns on any item of jewellery and items that are discounted due to being faulty. Sale items returned are exchange or store credit.

What are the payment options?

In-store we take all cards and cash.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do sell gift cards. These can be purchased in-store & online. However these vouchers can only be redeemed in-store and not online.
